1. General Terms
Jiva Yacht Management (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides yacht training, placement support, management consulting, and related services. These Terms apply to all users of the website, including but not limited to students, trainees, yacht owners, clients, and visitors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for our training programs. By enrolling, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Training Programs
All course materials, schedules, and certification details will be provided upon confirmation of registration. We reserve the right to change class dates, instructors, or locations with prior notice.

Participants are expected to attend all sessions and complete required assessments.

Certification is granted only upon successful completion of the course and evaluations.
4. Payment & Refunds
Full payment must be made before training begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All fees are quoted in the currency specified on our invoice or website.
Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

Cancellation 14+ days before start date: 100% refund (minus processing fee).

Cancellation 7–13 days before start date: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days: No refund.
Custom programs or private bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by Jiva Yacht.
5. Placement Services
While we assist with job matching, Jiva Yacht does not guarantee employment. We connect trainees with potential employers, but final hiring decisions are made independently by yacht owners or agencies.
6. Code of Conduct
All trainees and clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Any harassment, misconduct, or violation of safety rules will result in immediate dismissal without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, visuals, logos, and content on this website are the property of Jiva Yacht Management and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
8. Privacy
Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or disclose your information to third parties without your consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Jiva Yacht is not liable for personal injuries, loss of property, or other damages that occur during external placements, yacht operations, or client-provided events.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or the appropriate legal channels.
