After the COVID-19 pandemic, she decided to pursue a career in the yacht industry, having previously worked on a European cruise ship. With a strong background in health, her career journey began with a lengthy process that ultimately deepened her understanding of the yacht world. She started as a junior stewardess/spa her commitment to continuous skill development led to rapid advancement. Over the years, she has held various roles, including personal assistant to yacht owners and HR manager for several international yacht fleets. Currently, she thrives as a private traveling physiotherapist for yacht owners and spa managers in the megayacht industry. Drawing from her experiences, she is passionate about helping others secure better jobs within the yacht industry.
SARMINI ( Yacht Broker Manager, JYM )
Experiences : Managing several Phinisi shipping companies that operate on various routes.
In 2016, She was introduced to the local shipping industry, particularly focusing on Phinisi yachts in Indonesia and foreign yachts entering the country. During that time, she joined a Phinisi shipping company that operates on various routes. Her experience encompasses effective communication with agents in different regions, overseeing ship maintenance (docking), procuring operational supplies and guest necessities, recruiting crew members, and managing the administrative aspects related to ship operations.
She has cultivated strong relationships with agents, crew, and colleagues within the industry. Currently, her primary focus is on ship management and facilitating the buying, selling, and importing of vessels. For her It is an honor to be a member of the JYM team.

Hailing from Bali, Suci has been an integral part of the yachting industry since 2013, bringing extensive expertise in spa services, laundry, housekeeping, and customer service. Renowned for her attention to detail and dedication, she leverages her strong background in hospitality in every role she undertakes. Currently, she is also pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Management.
As the Chief Customer Officer at Jiva Yacht Management, Suci finds great fulfillment in her position, as it enables her to connect with people, expand her network, and engage in the art of negotiation—two passions that drive her professional journey.
