Our story began with Jelakshi Academia Education, founded on May 1, 2021, at The Marine Dubai Harbour Marina. What started as a passion project in career guidance soon evolved into a full-fledged yacht management company, offering training, documentation, virtual assistance, and more.

As of 2025, JIVA Yacht Management now provides:

• Yacht crew recruitment and training

• Marine documentation and visa support

•  Standard Operating Procedures development for onboard services

• Yacht accounting, itinerary, and operational support
