We are offering yacht management services, including purchasing, payroll and accounting, trip itinerary management, fuel management, interior management, and boat sales and brokerage, etc.
Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with international yacht standards, including housekeeping, service, laundry, deckhand duties, galley operations, spa services, and exterior maintenance. This will enhance crew performance and elevate the yacht’s atmosphere to a highly Healthy, hygienic and clean standard.
We offer yacht crew training both online and offline to enhance crew knowledge and help them achieve qualifications. Our training equips crew members with the latest insights based on international yacht standards in various fields, including the interior department, spa department, food safety and hygiene, enabling them to compete internationally.

COMPANY STORY

The establishment of JYM can be traced back to the founding of Jelakshi Academia Education on May 1, 2021, at The Marine Dubai Harbour Marina. This company focuses on superyacht career guidance and online courses. Over time, both JIVA and Jelakshi expanded into a management entity offering various services within the yacht industry. Jiva, in particular, serves as a motivational force within the industry, sharing her inspiring career story, which forms the foundation of this company. Her goal is to assist individuals keen on pursuing careers in the yacht sector. To become a qualified crew member, however, candidates must meet specific qualifications and understand the work processes inherent to the yacht industry. This ensures that Indonesian crew members are recognized for their quality and competence, equal to that of crew from other countries.

Initially, the company was named Jasela Academia Edu, comprising three team members. After six months of operation, the CEO-Founder and team underwent a transition, resulting in a rebranding to Jelakshi Academia Education with just two members. Both of these individuals continue to work within the yacht industry today and are highly regarded qualified Asian yacht crew members. On June 1, 2024, the company expanded its services to include marine document management and visa assistance for yacht crew and students preparing for careers in yachting. This new service, known as JIVA Virtual Assisting, operates under the Jelakshi umbrella and offers online courses in food and hygiene certified.

As time progressed, both JIVA and Jelakshi evolved into a management service that provided an array of offerings within the yacht industry. On March 18, 2025, Jiva rebranded to JIVA Yacht Management, which now comprises three highly professional individuals in the yacht sector.
